I build brands through experiences that move people physically, emotionally, and culturally. From launching campaigns with Nike and Puma to hosting 100+ community activations at MELTprjct, I’ve spent the last 6 years bringing ideas to life where brand meets community.
I recently graduated top of my class at Miami Ad School’s Strategic Planning Bootcamp, where I fine-tuned my ability to translate consumer insights into campaigns that resonate.
At my core, I’m a connector: of brands to audiences, of creativity to strategy, and of people to each other. Whether it’s an intimate dance social, a large-scale brand activation, or a campaign brief, I thrive when I can blend creativity, strategy, and a little bit of sweat equity to make an idea unforgettable.
WORK EXPERIENCE
MELTprjct| Founder / Creative Brand Strategist (2018-Present)
Founded and scaled a community-driven wellness brand, leading campaign development, vendor and budget management, and event activations that grew the business from launch to 500+ recurring clients over six years. Directed cross-functional marketing operations, including creative asset development, sample coordination, and multi-channel storytelling to drive brand awareness and engagement.
● Led multi-channel marketing operations (social media, email campaigns, newsletters, influencer partnerships) for a community-driven wellness brand, launching 50+ campaigns that grew class attendance by 30% year over year and reached 5K+ followers across platforms.
● Produced and executed 100+ brand activations, including outdoor fitness pop-ups, seasonal product launches, and experiential events, collaborating with creative teams, wellness/lifestyle influencers, and retail partners to drive community engagement and brand visibility.
● Partnered with Nike, Lululemon, FreePeople, and Puma to deliver 10+ event series featuring 50+ activations, managing campaign milestones (creative briefs, launch timelines, influencer content deliverables) and tracking KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and conversions, resulting in a 25% increase in lead generation and repeat attendance.
● Managed multiple end-to-end project timelines (using software systems like excel, google suite, & airtable), creative asset approvals, budget tracking for projects ranging from 25k - 100k, and team communication.
● Drove campaign storytelling across live activations, email, and social channels, reaching an audience of 5K+ followers across all pages, achieving 40% average email open rates, and converting 20% of campaign leads into new clients, strengthening both community engagement and revenue growth.
Various Boutique Studios | Master Instructor & Event Collaborator (2014–2018)
Supported wellness and fitness studios with campaign rollouts, event activations, and community engagement initiatives. Collaborated with global and local brands to deliver creative, seasonal campaigns that elevated brand visibility and client growth.
● Supported 15+ campaign rollouts and experiential events for boutique wellness brands including Nobu
Hotel, LoveCycle, Kondition Fitness, The BOX, and The Fit Shop, managing timelines, vendor relations, and promotional assets. Executed events ranging from 50–100 attendees, contributing to a 20% increase in client engagement and repeat attendance.
● Collaborated with creative and community leads, including fitness instructors, wellness influencers, and boutique brand managers, to execute seasonal activations such as an outdoor summer boxing series and wellness pop-ups. Developed visuals and messaging that attracted 50–150 attendees per event and strengthened brands’ positioning within the wellness and lifestyle space.
SVG FLOW | Founder/Campaign and Brand Lead (2016-2017)
Founded and led a wellness and cultural movement blending yoga, boxing, and community events, developing campaigns that celebrated empowerment and inclusivity while strengthening brand identity. Oversaw marketing operations, partnerships, and event production to drive engagement and growth.
● Created and executed 10+ brand campaigns for Savage Flow & Warrior Spirit and in collaboration with local nonprofits like the Lotus House in Miami, Florida and community partners, including event-based activations, social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives centered on wellness, empowerment, and cultural storytelling.
● Managed timelines, event planning, and deliverables across fitness and nonprofit partnerships, including collaborations with The Flying Lizard Boutique for local business engagement, Lotus House to support community initiatives, and Eden Roc Hotel to provide a luxury event venue with added amenities. Secured Puma sponsorship for swag bags and branded merch, resulting in a sold-out event with 75+ attendees and increased brand visibility within the Miami wellness community.
● Directed creative briefs, run-of-show documents, and email marketing calendars, using Mailchimp, Google Calendar, and Google Workspace tools to organize campaign workflows, streamline communication, and ensure on-time delivery of branded content and event assets.
